About / The person behind the work
A builder’s mindset.
An operator’s perspective.
I’m Arvind Thambidurai, founder of Thambi Labs. I work where business operations and technology meet: understanding how things run, finding what gets in the way and building a practical path forward.

The operations experience came first.
From 2011 to 2023, I held roles across Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Device and Consumer supply chains, spanning manufacturing, planning and delivery. That work included analytics, customer-facing responsibilities and team leadership, with a focus on project management and process improvement.
It taught me to look beyond the immediate task: how information moves, where decisions happen and what a change means for the people doing the work.
Now I build the connections.
Independent consulting and development brought that experience into smaller businesses and hands-on projects. The work ranges from operational automation for Numeracy Coach to a custom publishing platform for Thriving Fries and a connected web presence for H2 Sanación.
Thambi Labs brings these threads together: software engineering, process thinking, useful automation and the discipline to carry a project through.
